COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeds 4973-001-209-7-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-Switch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Epsilon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mcmillan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Switch such as the 8LS125 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WDS1500P60SRU manufactured by Micro-Epsilon and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Epsilon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1043 by Manufacturer Mcmillan as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lucas Brand TMSDO60012LDF8S2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Loctite such as Z6200100 equipment made by Loctite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Loctite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Loctite" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS040S121SU made by Micro-Motion as well as the popular D373 original spares produced by Mfm-Sensors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11785300A by Metler-Toledo and Z6200100 spares by Loctite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FIS08600001G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microscan. |
