COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeds 4973-001-209-7-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Microscan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Love parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Microscan such as the fis65000004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 513 manufactured by Love and we are pleased to be able to service most Love systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 36301338 by Manufacturer Micron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Liebert Brand 7623906 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micro-Swich such as OPDAR30 equipment made by Micro-Swich have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Swich products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Swich" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 50019283 made by Leuze as well as the popular CM1 original spares produced by Macurco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SIERRA170434Y3 by Masterflux and OPDAR30 spares by Micro-Swich are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RSI50351751607 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leine--Linde. |
