COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-optronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-optronic such as the 18002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Z4MN30V manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 42RLR by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mel Brand M11L100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as OS32CSP1DM equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FIS63003104G made by Microscan as well as the popular K1G100D7M0242F2 original spares produced by Omega

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 230431 by Mettler-Toledo and OS32CSP1DM spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BMX0504010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mountz.
