COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lebow 1254-305-100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micromotion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Molytek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omega product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micromotion such as the RFT9739D4SUA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 37025ER manufactured by Molytek and we are pleased to be able to service most Molytek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LV411124 by Manufacturer Omega as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leuze Brand 96KR1690120025 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leuze such as ER30600 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 65HTLPF1002 made by Meggitt as well as the popular GHS0020UD601V0 original spares produced by Mts Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 131237746 by Pepperl and ER30600 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
