COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leadshine DM556 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6SE92136CA40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MRJ2S10APQ108 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SX6DRIVE by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Panasonic Brand MSD011A1XX05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pacific such as PC832111N411211 equipment made by Pacific have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pacific products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pacific" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KBLD180A made by Oriental as well as the popular FRS520S0 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EVS9321CPV003 by Lenze and PC832111N411211 spares by Pacific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FRF52015K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
