COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the 437390 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G9SXNSA222T03RTDC24 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature APT4805A120420 by Manufacturer Nk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Potter Brand KBP20DG24V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sargent such as 829DA1 equipment made by Sargent have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sargent products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sargent" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PNOZmOp773110 made by Pilz as well as the popular R10E1W4V700 original spares produced by Potter

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RM7800L1012 by Honeywell and 829DA1 spares by Sargent are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2BC4642 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hi-g-Co..
