COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lauer PCS950ToplineMidi parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nexcom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quick-Panel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sutron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nexcom such as the VMC4010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QPIABR201 manufactured by Quick-Panel and we are pleased to be able to service most Quick-Panel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TP30C by Manufacturer Sutron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Esa Brand VT155W000DP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Computerwise such as TT5128M equipment made by Computerwise have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Computerwise products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Computerwise" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WSCIS311 made by Pepperl--Fuchs as well as the popular RSSD25SGSED original spares produced by Weidmuller Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PFXGP4301TADWGP4301TW by Proface and TT5128M spares by Computerwise are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RIM32 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D. |
