COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Landis & Gyr 544-198 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leukhardt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ltn product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leukhardt such as the BKMIKRO2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0958013022 manufactured by Mettler and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RE211C05 by Manufacturer Ltn as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mel Brand D85386 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mj-Tooling such as SD1195 equipment made by Mj-Tooling have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mj-Tooling products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mj-Tooling" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Z6200100 made by Loctite as well as the popular 1104100 original spares produced by Lebow Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JRT20KLC by Lc-Manufacturing and SD1195 spares by Mj-Tooling are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LS722SE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lenze. |
