COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kurz 752631-03-23-99-02-88-01-01-0000.450-08 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leuze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lion-Precision parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lucas product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leuze such as the DDLS785 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LRD2212 manufactured by Lion-Precision and we are pleased to be able to service most Lion-Precision systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GCD121250 by Manufacturer Lucas as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lockheed-Martin Brand SL142603 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mhc--S such as SBM30100 equipment made by Mhc--S have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mhc--S products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mhc--S" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MRU3020012 made by Lucas as well as the popular CST509 original spares produced by Microdetectors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FEMLS9BSR by Micro-Switch and SBM30100 spares by Mhc--S are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MLS11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Switch. |
