COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kurz 196TA-4 KB24-2-TADE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Microdetectors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Macro-Sensors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeds product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Microdetectors such as the CST509 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GHSDR750500 manufactured by Macro-Sensors and we are pleased to be able to service most Macro-Sensors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 261010012201300802809 by Manufacturer Leeds as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Macurco Brand CM6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micropulse such as BTL5A11M0254WKA05 equipment made by Micropulse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micropulse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micropulse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LRD2212 made by Lion-Precision as well as the popular verado original spares produced by Mercury Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 317410K by Lebow and BTL5A11M0254WKA05 spares by Micropulse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MA06250TC120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Measurements. |
