COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kuroda STA-16T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micropluse-Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leuze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lc-Manufacturing product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micropluse-Balluff such as the BTU5P1M1016PS82 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LS9228SEL manufactured by Leuze and we are pleased to be able to service most Leuze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JRT100KLC by Manufacturer Lc-Manufacturing as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leuze Brand 50019925 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lucas such as GCD121500 equipment made by Lucas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lucas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lucas" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RK882300 made by Leuze as well as the popular CT14150 original spares produced by Leuze

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BKMIKRO2 by Leukhardt and GCD121500 spares by Lucas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CMF050M322NU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-Motion.
