COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kuka E93DA143I4B531XX5A31 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Labconco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kyocera parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Labconco such as the 6030001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KST1288MPK8ZB manufactured by Kyocera and we are pleased to be able to service most Kyocera systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 107015 by Manufacturer Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kyowa Brand PG2KU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kuka such as E93DA552I4B531XX4A23 equipment made by Kuka have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuka products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuka" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 108015 made by Leeson as well as the popular EPCGX original spares produced by Lauer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 110908 by Leeson and E93DA552I4B531XX4A23 spares by Kuka are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4857N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lead-Screws-International. |
