COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kuka 1FK6100-8AF91-1ZZ9-ZS09 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gast products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cincinnati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gast such as the 1023101QG2795K49MN4012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FT50760AF01Z manufactured by Cincinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Cincinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1071009005 by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gmn Brand 1765060858 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electro-Craft such as 064332011007 equipment made by Electro-Craft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electro-Craft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electro-Craft" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1326ABA3E11A4C3 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 140DBSC original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1326ABB410J21K4 by Allen-Bradley and 064332011007 spares by Electro-Craft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 145TTGN7337 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon. |
