COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kuka 1FK6100-8A91-1ZZ9-ZS49 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nidec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cincinnati product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nidec such as the 12717048100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1326ABB720E21K7L manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 16040222 by Manufacturer Cincinnati as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Uniphase Brand 1103P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Harowe-Servo-Controls such as 11BRCT300S10A5 equipment made by Harowe-Servo-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harowe-Servo-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harowe-Servo-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1837K63ZZDYJ4422 made by Us-Motor as well as the popular 16050760 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 16AMFRV27 by Gast and 11BRCT300S10A5 spares by Harowe-Servo-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1931801290 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Porter-Peerless. |
