COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kubler T8.5850.ZP15.B102 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lam-Research products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuhnke parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kvfx product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lam-Research such as the 853540066009C173 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 65744406 manufactured by Kuhnke and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuhnke systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 455E by Manufacturer Kvfx as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand 1453 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kyocera such as KST1288MPK8ZB1 equipment made by Kyocera have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kyocera products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kyocera" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 102907 made by Leeson as well as the popular GG1515ASBALR0900A original spares produced by Kuroda Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 00114265 by Kuka and KST1288MPK8ZB1 spares by Kyocera are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lauer. |
