COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Merlin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kulite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lebow product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Merlin such as the MC6000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the bme11001000aa41 manufactured by Kulite and we are pleased to be able to service most Kulite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 31323K by Manufacturer Lebow as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micro-Detectors Brand SSCAP1HDA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Loadstar such as RAS1500SSC03 equipment made by Loadstar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Loadstar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Loadstar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 687802 made by Markem-Imaje as well as the popular MTL2210B original spares produced by Measurement-Technology

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LRD2212 by Lion-Precision and RAS1500SSC03 spares by Loadstar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ER55450 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leuze.
