COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kubat Mechanik KF-38.25.00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kubler-Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kuka product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the 92230 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T85800MBRT3600 manufactured by Kubler-Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Kubler-Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E93DA55214B531 by Manufacturer Kuka as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand 98007 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kuka such as E93DA123I4B531XX4A23 equipment made by Kuka have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuka products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuka" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LEC2280E5A made by Lanner as well as the popular 1623 original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E93DA113I4B531XX3D23 by Kuka and E93DA123I4B531XX4A23 spares by Kuka are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 98379 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
