COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kreuter BAC-120163CW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Euchner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnecraft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Euchner such as the NZ1VZ2131EM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 103HXX28D manufactured by Magnecraft and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnecraft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PNOZ11230240VAC24VDC7NO1NO by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Murata Brand PVG5H102C03R00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as EASY719DCRCX equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LKG3000 made by Keyence as well as the popular EE89122113 original spares produced by Namco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 58A5A834P26B11D6A1 by Deutsch and EASY719DCRCX spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 775600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz. |
