COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Krones parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Krom-Schroder-Vg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the 101782 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5PP521117000704 manufactured by Krones and we are pleased to be able to service most Krones systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40TN01NQ93 by Manufacturer Krom-Schroder-Vg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kuka Brand KUKAPM6600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kt such as 712122800 equipment made by Kt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PCS95 made by Lauer as well as the popular FNC original spares produced by Leblond-Makino

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E93DA143I4B531XX3A23 by Kuka and 712122800 spares by Kt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PTM61PSI20M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Landisgyr.
