COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kosmek DY1431-Z00500 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Krohne products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kubler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Krohne such as the IFS5000F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8586812B2B112 manufactured by Kubler and we are pleased to be able to service most Kubler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 101782 by Manufacturer Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lantech Brand 55030003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Landis--Gyr such as A130486 equipment made by Landis--Gyr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Landis--Gyr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Landis--Gyr" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 411712 made by Leblond-Makino as well as the popular E93DA552I4B531XX3A23 original spares produced by Kuka Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E93DA1113I4531XX3B23 by Kuka and A130486 spares by Landis--Gyr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PLCSA0044 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Laser-Mech. |
