COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kongsberg Norcontrol OCP 8810 S2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hoffman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cooper product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 7ML57401CC010A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AST44 manufactured by Hoffman and we are pleased to be able to service most Hoffman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCA1004A by Manufacturer Cooper as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand NT31CST141V2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Egm such as XN40501000 equipment made by Egm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Egm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Egm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FRPU02E1 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular NS5MQ01V2 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P6153PG24VDCV by Axiomtek and XN40501000 spares by Egm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES71534BA000XB0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
