COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Komori Sanki SBD-P165-150 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the R88MU10030HABS1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PhobosBT manufactured by Bft and we are pleased to be able to service most Bft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R46SENATSEEDNV03 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fairfield Brand S1CK44S5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Neugart such as PLE120115 equipment made by Neugart have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Neugart products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Neugart" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R911281728 made by Rexroth as well as the popular R04MGG11 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S21GSAARNNM02 by Pacific-Scientific and PLE120115 spares by Neugart are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS49602A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mycom. |
