COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Komatsu KDP5648CA-33J parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Teco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Plc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Domiop product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Teco such as the 7200GS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OP1224 manufactured by Plc and we are pleased to be able to service most Plc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature eBIS504 by Manufacturer Domiop as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schenck Brand VLB20100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as 3020CM2350 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QT30AIGT3100B made by Matsushita as well as the popular PSMTNEL20EKR22 original spares produced by Two-Technologies Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6FC56100BB100AA1 by Siemens and 3020CM2350 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PSS5200329C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bosch. |
