COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen TTR-2952-4001-C-49-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Torquemaster parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK1SI63 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TM0402TEM manufactured by Torquemaster and we are pleased to be able to service most Torquemaster systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TT29533076T by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand SM161AEF10N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Van-Der-Graaf such as TM100B25616 equipment made by Van-Der-Graaf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Van-Der-Graaf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Van-Der-Graaf" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SP1005MF2251G12S made by Witenstein as well as the popular SGMS15AWAHG11 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SVM2301381673 by Automation-Direct and TM100B25616 spares by Van-Der-Graaf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMGH75A2AYR14 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
