COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen TTE-2043-3025-B-38 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yasakawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the STF365837566156HC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGMGH13DCA6C manufactured by Yasakawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yasakawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SK7164CUS by Manufacturer Nord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Neri-Motori Brand T100B4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGMP02A312P equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TK004FMF235 made by Witenstein as well as the popular SM2315DVersion440c original spares produced by Animatics-Smart-Motor,-Moog Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TFUE15ZD7 by Yaskawa and SGMP02A312P spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMSH20A2AYR21 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
