COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen TTB-2950-3334-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Datametrics-Ledex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Alpha product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK1SI63 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SSM20005SE6 manufactured by Datametrics-Ledex and we are pleased to be able to service most Datametrics-Ledex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP100MF15131000 by Manufacturer Alpha as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Superior Brand SS50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGMSV15A3A61 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TT20431011B made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular SGMP02AWYR12 original spares produced by Yasakawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMJV01A3A61 by Yaskawa and SGMSV15A3A61 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SRF36164574756BC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific. |
