COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen ServoStar S300 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Logicomm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magnetek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Logicomm such as the 1087837A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PRD0051AMPCY0 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GPD315MVB003 by Manufacturer Magnetek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lenze Brand EVS9321ET in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as EVS9322ER equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GPD515 made by Magnetek as well as the popular E82EV223K4B201 original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FRA240E45KUL by Mistubishi and EVS9322ER spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 71616G3M40301 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetek. |
