COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen SBD4-45-2101-42356DA2/160-45 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Larraioz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mannesman-demag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mistubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Larraioz such as the 8V1016502 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 60209659 manufactured by Mannesman-demag and we are pleased to be able to service most Mannesman-demag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDSBCV300 by Manufacturer Mistubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mistubishi Brand FRE52022KFRE52022K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as ESV153N02TXD equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1793068 made by Lenze as well as the popular M14250B original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C80T17FZ4C by Leeson and ESV153N02TXD spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FRSF211KT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mistubishi. |
