COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen S31061-PB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mistubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the VFD818B0P7075kw10HP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDSACV220 manufactured by Mistubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mistubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SBD2201100WO by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnetek Brand GPD51CB080 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as PRD0051AMPGX0 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M15150B made by Lenze as well as the popular KOYOKoyoE01N original spares produced by Koyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 60209659 by Mannesman-demag and PRD0051AMPGX0 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMRG3U42P2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetek. |
