COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen PSR4/5A-220-0003 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mclean-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mclean-Engineering such as the 230446G061E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GPD503DS316CIMRG3U45P5 manufactured by Magnetek and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 174914 by Manufacturer Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mistubishi Brand MDSACR55 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnetek such as GPD505VB021CIMRP5U47P5 equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SR10000000000 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular 338603E original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A172SHCPUN by Mistubishi and GPD505VB021CIMRP5U47P5 spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FR540075K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mistubishi. |
