COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen P70360-PNN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lg such as the SV0450IS74NOD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GPD515 manufactured by Magnetek and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAG0225021001 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand BDS521000010404B2030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mclean-Engineering such as 230446G061E equipment made by Mclean-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mclean-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mclean-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CIMRG5M4011 made by Magnetek as well as the popular LSLV0075H1002CONN original spares produced by Lg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BDS4A255J0001WO by Kollmorgen and 230446G061E spares by Mclean-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BDS4203J0001202B21P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
