COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen MT508A1-99A2-018 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ab product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nachi such as the MQM082Q9V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT2620144DF manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPLSA430HHJ72AA by Manufacturer Ab as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eg-And-G-Torque-System Brand MR2540124B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Parker such as MPP0922D3EKPSN equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available mplb230pej42aa made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular MGA42A002S050C original spares produced by Fuji Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPFB540KMJ74BA by Allen-Bradley and MPP0922D3EKPSN spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MFA360FYSBDA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nachi. |
