COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen MH-425-D-63 PS115-010-SH parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aeg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the M2531T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC112C0ED4C130A0WI520LXS005 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M306DB001B2 by Manufacturer Aeg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC90C0GDC110A0MR119S001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Panasonic such as MDM102Q2V equipment made by Panasonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Panasonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Panasonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC112B0GD2C130A0S05 made by Indramat as well as the popular MFB10UY31 original spares produced by Vickers Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCS06I41RS0B0Z0C0ST5S00NR0SU by Lenze and MDM102Q2V spares by Panasonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
