COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen MH-225-G-63 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the MAC112C0KD4C130B0WI520LVS005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD112BN030N2M130GA0 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC071C0GS4C095A0WI520LV by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand M7034T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Torque such as ME4102101E equipment made by Torque have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Torque products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Torque" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M331HK0A80Y1AB made by Gould as well as the popular MAC093A0PS4C110A0WI538LXS001 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the mcs06f41rs0p1b11nst6s00nr0su by Lenze and ME4102101E spares by Torque are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MGE205CONS0000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
