COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen M 607-A-A3-S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Watt-Drive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mydata product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the L5027T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K16970605948 manufactured by Watt-Drive and we are pleased to be able to service most Watt-Drive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K0130031B by Manufacturer Mydata as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand JMEWDM3713T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kuka such as KK67YYYYY050 equipment made by Kuka have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuka products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuka" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available L01T875M made by Dayton as well as the popular IDVSWDM3554T original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LSMV100L by Leroy-Somer and KK67YYYYY050 spares by Kuka are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original J0702FQNPSN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
