COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen M-405-B-A9-036 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vexta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vexta such as the KXPM5120GDAB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC752DSX000A manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IDM3374T525W3CM2A by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand KA47DT80K4BHG1HRTHIS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as KTF37DRS71S4DH equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available L3708T made by Baldor as well as the popular JISC4004 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M2AA071B2 by Abb and KTF37DRS71S4DH spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M331HKRJ4A04 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aeg. |
