COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen M.3000.0467 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out K-tron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the 380460VGPD515CB008 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2401300460C manufactured by K-tron and we are pleased to be able to service most K-tron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ECSDA008C4B by Manufacturer Lenze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Meiki Brand 82076693M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marposs such as 6366160502 equipment made by Marposs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marposs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marposs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CR06550 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular TURBOTRONIKNT151361 original spares produced by Leybold Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CE03250 by Kollmorgen and 6366160502 spares by Marposs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BDS4A220J404B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
