COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen GT-15012-999 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hpb-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hpb-Motion such as the ESM145BCN3M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F132S4NPW manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GEHD58AE851 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pacific-Scientific Brand E33HCHPLNKNS00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nissei such as EEKK8 equipment made by Nissei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nissei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nissei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EB102A11B3 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular GPP12502 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F4075RH04AA by Allen-Bradley and EEKK8 spares by Nissei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GMT150L60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki. |
