COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen D22135271 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kyocera products, including obsoleted and phased-out Labod-Electronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lauer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kyocera such as the KST1288MPK8ZB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the myPMA1 manufactured by Labod-Electronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Labod-Electronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LCA142 by Manufacturer Lauer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand MTC302B1M2C1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kuroda such as GY2005DSCTLR0314X0239CAY equipment made by Kuroda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuroda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuroda" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A86L00240001 made by Kuroda-Fanuc as well as the popular 0901282865 original spares produced by Krones Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1515C7M by Kuroda and GY2005DSCTLR0314X0239CAY spares by Kuroda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SenDAQ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kongsberg-Maritime. |
