COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen BDS5A-220-01010-605A-2-020 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mistubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magnetek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mistubishi such as the FRA24075KAW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M14150B manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CIMRP5M47P5 by Manufacturer Magnetek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mistubishi Brand MDSBV20505 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Louis-Allis such as 46S01660001046S0166010 equipment made by Louis-Allis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Louis-Allis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Louis-Allis" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FRA74000040NPD9 made by Mistubishi as well as the popular LSLV0075H1002CONN original spares produced by Lg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6042001541 by Limitorque and 46S01660001046S0166010 spares by Louis-Allis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FPCN341031260614 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lochinvar. |
