COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen ATS-SERVOSTAR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lam-Research products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lebow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lam-Research such as the 853540066005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1254E307300 manufactured by Lebow and we are pleased to be able to service most Lebow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BDS4A030H204C2 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kulicke--Soffa Brand N08001414300005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kuka such as 69334040 equipment made by Kuka have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuka products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuka" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10167 made by Leeson as well as the popular 00100796 original spares produced by Kuka Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11365429 by Konecranes and 69334040 spares by Kuka are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KFC1000C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kubota. |
