COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kollmorgen 6SM-37M-6.000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electro-Craft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Craft such as the 528015REVB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5BC42AB1780E manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 67525B by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cmc Brand 403CLSP0S01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dayton such as 4GZA3 equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4Z524B made by Dayton as well as the popular 4RYV9 original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5K215AL2332AJY by Ge and 4GZA3 spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4013027800Rev11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Giddings--Lewis. |
