COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kokusai Dengyo PMC-1000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kuka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kulicke-And-Soffa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kuka product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuka such as the 69223800 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 02010400100001 manufactured by Kulicke-And-Soffa and we are pleased to be able to service most Kulicke-And-Soffa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1FK70605AF711ZZ9Z by Manufacturer Kuka as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kremlin Brand 93240 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kurz-Instruments such as 03600570008 equipment made by Kurz-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kurz-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kurz-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6843201 made by Korta as well as the popular 3143500 original spares produced by Lebow Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M605AB1 by Kollmorgen and 03600570008 spares by Kurz-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UKC14003120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kripal. |
