COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Koehring D99094-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Helm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze-Americas product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electric such as the DS200GSIAG1BAA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HM579TSM manufactured by Helm and we are pleased to be able to service most Helm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EVF8602E by Manufacturer Lenze-Americas as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thoma-Magnettechnik Brand GHUX91760120012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Arbor such as INX6TTC366TFT equipment made by Arbor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Arbor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Arbor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3800HAIA1E1D made by Ge as well as the popular DS3800DGRA1E1C original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HDS052W300NHS2301FW by Indramat and INX6TTC366TFT spares by Arbor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FRA24015K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
