COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kodiak KC311-D-PV-2-CJ-LT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lucas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magentrol product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lucas such as the AG25E360E76FB1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 185502 manufactured by Mettler and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A152H2AEKQ by Manufacturer Magentrol as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metraplex Brand 442PC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micro-Motion such as R100S128NQBAEZZZZ equipment made by Micro-Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micro-Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micro-Motion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6749000070 made by Marposs as well as the popular IFT9701R6D3UR025S114NIAUEZZZZ original spares produced by Micro-Motion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VFSB4474N060 by Kollmorgen and R100S128NQBAEZZZZ spares by Micro-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OTM310F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Laser. |
