COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kobold RCD-1115GN5Z EV parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Krones products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leuze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Krones such as the KRONES0900652470 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CMF100M328NC manufactured by Micro-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature rk713 by Manufacturer Leuze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leuze Brand 7878002448V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lam-Research such as 853011053503ACHMFDR equipment made by Lam-Research have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lam-Research products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lam-Research" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H4A04 made by Metrol as well as the popular T8F5888500E2122S001 original spares produced by Kubler Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P40640005 by Lucas and 853011053503ACHMFDR spares by Lam-Research are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RBBD1000250 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lucas. |
