COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kobold Instruments KAL-E3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kurz-Instruments product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the KCN4WR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E93DA123I4B531XXVI05 manufactured by Kuka and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 03600570008 by Manufacturer Kurz-Instruments as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kyoritsu Brand 37253U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kuroda such as Prn300d10040 equipment made by Kuroda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuroda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuroda" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4221 made by Leeds as well as the popular 00114265 original spares produced by Kuka Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7637585 by Kuka and Prn300d10040 spares by Kuroda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N080014019 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kulicke--Soffa. |
