COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kmc Controls KMD-5220 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Osacom product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitac such as the MSC256BS5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MIG50Q201H manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L3899YL3899Y05 by Manufacturer Osacom as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MDD071CN030N2S095GB0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as LCNP4M equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MBM200HS6A made by Fanuc as well as the popular MDSC1CV110 original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KUBF1 by Amk and LCNP4M spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSK100C0200NNM1BPONNNN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rex-Roth. |
