COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Klockner Moeller DILM50(230V50HZ,240V60HZ) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Joslyn-Clark product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the IC2800M144B425X52 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EH170 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DP3C253240 by Manufacturer Joslyn-Clark as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand LP1K09008BD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pilz such as PNOXX8P equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pilz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pilz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OHY175L121SCA022577R7860 made by Abb as well as the popular ECC03C1A3AC30CNE original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LC1D12LE7 by Telemecanique and PNOXX8P spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P2820311 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Totaline. |
