COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Klockner DIL2v-22-NA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kongsberg-Maritime products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lam-Research parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kone product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kongsberg-Maritime such as the SenDAQ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 81007032001 manufactured by Lam-Research and we are pleased to be able to service most Lam-Research systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KM70050G02 by Manufacturer Kone as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kuka Brand E93DA552I4B531XXVK05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kulicke--Soffa such as N08001414300005 equipment made by Kulicke--Soffa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kulicke--Soffa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kulicke--Soffa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LX0999 made by Koyo as well as the popular F042690 original spares produced by Krohne Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M1016979 by Kollmorgen and N08001414300005 spares by Kulicke--Soffa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11365429 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Konecranes. |
